- Bike to School Month Updates
- Starts Monday, May 4th
- Two banners will hang on the fencing around the playground (have been ordered & will be delivered next week).
- Kirsten is waiting for approval from Anna to hang at school.
- Kirsten will update the calendar, manage volunteer sign up, and work with Kristin for mention in EFC.
- Will need new lead next year!
- End of Year celebration – Wednesday, May 20th @ 6pm

- Funtastic Ice Cream Truck (cost is $500 + tip for 1-hour worth of ice cream bars and popsicles)
- Need to order more ice cream this year!
- Clearly state ice cream will be available from 6:30-7:30pm
- Hoopla Face Painting Again! (2 artists for 2 hours is $600)

Other possible PC-led events:
- Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT) week camp at HRS: Structure includes auditions and a week‑long rehearsal that culminates in a full production. Roles available for students in grades K–8. Michele to pitch idea to Anna for next school year.
- West Seattle Garage Sale at HRS – With bike to school month could make sense to collect bikes for the garage sale. Work with BASE team to store bikes Friday night.
- Rachel has service that will collect any unsold items.
Board leadership update: Evan is stepping away as board president. Michele will serve as the new president, leaving the VP role currently open.
